The vessels are SLA-printed in translucent photopolymer resin and dyed in-vitro with prodigiosin, a pigment metabolically generated by the bacterium Serratia marcescens. After staining, each vessel is sterilized, dried, and sealed.

The colour is not fixed as a permanent industrial finish. It will shift and fade through exposure to light, heat, time, and handling. This instability is part of the material condition of the work.

Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

Not safe for consumables, cosmetics, or biological material.

A lifetime care policy is included. Contact the artist for colour renewal, refinishing, or repair.
