Its visual structure begins with the genetic sequence of Serratia marcescens, translated through a custom TouchDesigner system into a bioinformatic texture, then rendered as a net-like line form for textile printing and stitch. After printing and embroidery, the fabric is exposed to Serratia pigment so that colour is not simply applied to the cloth, but cultivated through microbial growth, timing, fibre response, and sterilization.
